Overview: Sleep is vital to healthy, memory and learning. There are clear consequences related to impaired sleep. This presentation will review the above facts as well as targeted strategies to enhance healthy sleep.
Learning Outcome: Participants will be able to identify the importance of sleep & targeted strategies to enhance healthy sleep.
Contact Hours: 3.0 contact hours will be awarded to: RN’s, NP’s, Social Workers, and Mental Health Counselors.
